Samsung says that if a microwave shows an error code, service is usually needed. First, unplug it or switch off its breaker. If moisture may have got into the controls, such as from a spill or steam from the cooktop, give it time to dry. Otherwise wait 60 seconds and switch it back on. If the code returns, book a repair.
